This hotel impressed me with its luxurious amenities and high, end service. the Spa and wellness center was top, notch, the swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a perfect place to relax, and the private facilities in my room were exceptional.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location of the hotel , it was hard to reach by taxi due to the constant traffic. this was not a big problem as the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from a BTS station.

The pool at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit was fantastic. We spent hours lounging by the water, enjoying the view of the cityscape. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of activities.
The water pressure in the shower was weak, difficult to enjoy a refreshing shower experience.

Great location near malls and BTS. Free coffee and water in the lobby all day. Rooms have balconies and smart TVs with YouTube capability. Personnel are very attentive. Hotel feels like a second home.

My recent stay in Bangkok was fantastic, thanks to a hotel near all the popular malls and dining options. I enjoyed the spacious room with comfy bedding and the complimentary breakfast had a wide range of international options. The service was exceptional, staff arranged our taxis quickly and were always available to help with our TV connection.
Cleanliness was overlooked in some areas with views of food leftovers from previous occupants found on the sofas.

We loved the hotel's excellent location close to shopping malls and the Skytrain, making it convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast options were excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. the hotel facilities, including the pool, were great.
